Hyatt Centric Reims

The hotel itself is good, with a decent variety of breakfast options and pretty nice rooms, plus there's parking available. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon check-in, we were told that the room type we booked was unavailable and they could only offer us an accessible room, which was awkwardly equipped and clearly not meant for general guests. This is quite unacceptable, especially when guests book well in advance and arrive for check-in an hour after it starts, at 5 PM. The receptionists initially refused to offer any alternatives, then suggested a room at an extra charge (why should we pay more when they can't even provide the room we booked?). It was only after speaking with a senior administrator that we finally managed to sort things out and get a room without an additional fee. The receptionists were very unfriendly throughout this process, which is not the welcome you expect on arrival. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room when we checked in; it was only provided the next day. Tea and coffee weren't replenished either, which was disappointing. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn't work for our entire stay (a whole three days!). I've never encountered this in a hotel of this caliber before. The parking payment system is also inconvenient; you have to pay when exiting, not at reception. And it's quite expensive for this location. On the upside, it's a genuinely short walk to the city center, about 10-12 minutes.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff at reception and at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating, excellent service. On the second day, we discovered that parking is available next to the hotel for €4 per 24 hours; in the hotel's underground garage, we paid €20 for one night. We would have appreciated being informed of this beforehand.

Very neat and clean, the staff spoke good English. Plenty of parking. The rooms were also clean and within walking distance of the city.

房間大小還不錯，也還比較乾淨，就是前台不在一樓，還需要上半層樓，有點不方便，check in和check out也有點慢，可能正好趕上節假日都需要排隊，酒店地理位置有點偏，去市中心要走十幾分鍾
