Se não for ouvir o secador do quarto ao lado todos os dias as 7h da manhã e já agora não me terem cobrado 2€ por 2 cafés no peq almoço, até nem seria mau.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel had tennis court, ping pong and pool games. Really nice, plus the swimming was also great. The only issue was the twin beds instead of a full bed, the rest was amazing!

Era un viaje de relax para visitar unas termas y el hotel tenía buena ubicación para lo q nosotros queríamos, la piscina está muy buen, lo único la carretera muy cercana , y q el cargador eléctrico de coche no está en funcionamiento. El desayuno correcto no tiene mucha variación pero para el hotel q es lo considero suficiente,. Las camas muy cómodas , y hemos descansado muy bien, muchas gracias .

In its day, this would have been a classy hotel. It was pretty much deserted when we were there as well as the service. Very disappointing to find dirty toilet paper in the washroom bin upon our arrival☹️. In Portugal , toilet paper does not go in the toilet, but in the bin in the washroom. So it was someone else is poopy paper in our room. Room was large as was the bed. Breakfast was marginal. It’s time for this property to update it service and facilities.

Las habitaciones son sencillas y algo antiguas, pero para pasar un par de noches están bien, todo muy limpio. El desayuno es tipo buffet pero no tiene gran variedad. Lo que sí tenía buena pinta es la piscina aunque no la pudimos disfrutar por el tiempo.

Situado num local lindo, limpo, bem equipado, pessoal muito atencioso e simpático. Localização muito próximo de Melgaço. Boa piscina de crianças e adultos. Estacionamento á sombra, pequeno almoço buffet. Quartos espaçosos.

This a good hotel to stay at while visiting the area. Rooms were clean, basic breakfast provided, and plenty of parking. Air conditioning worked very well and was quiet.

Regressei ao hotel, ao fim de 8 anos, sinceramente fiquei muito decepcionada com a recepção, o atendimento e a degradação do serviço... Há una anos atrás era um verdadeiro paraíso, hoje está um pouco entregue ao abandono e desleixo!! É pena porque tem o mesmo potencial de sempre. Falta vontade e competência do pessoal e chefia..
