Check-in war zwar etwas hakelig aber das lag wahrscheinlich an der kurzfristigen online Buchung, sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, gut geschlafen und lecker gefrühstückt

Ein wunderschönes altes Schieferhaus mit unglaublicher Einrichtung und traumhaften Zimmern, die riesig sind. Viele liebevolle Details und sehr nettes Personal. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Eine sehr stilvolle alte Villa, großartig renoviert mit hohem modernen Wohnkomfort. Mein EZ hatte ein riesiges Bad mit viel Platz und modernem Ambiente. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus, gut zu erreichen da direkt an der Bundesstraße, trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Bereits zum vierten Mal waren wir in der Villa Paulus zu Gast und sind wieder einmal sehr begeistert. Die Villa ist mit viel Herzblut restauriert und modernisiert worden, die Zimmer haben eine persönliche Atmosphäre, die Bäder sind modern und mit Sinn für Design und Qualität eingerichtet worden. Zudem ist das Personal sichtlich geschult und freundlich. Dass einige Angestellte seit über zehn Jahren dabei sind, spricht für sich. Auch das Restaurant ließ keine Wünsche offen! Eine gute Wein- und Whisky-Auswahl gibt es auch :-)

Haben am 10.12.22 in der Villa Paulus eingecheckt. Leider hatten wir nachts ein Problem die elektronische Schliessanlage zu öffnen und kamen nicht ins Hotel. -2Grad, fremde Stadt…. wir empfanden es nach 15 Minuten als einen echten Notfall!! Weder beim einchecken noch in der App wurden wir über eine Notlösung informiert. Aufsteller mit Hinweisen in solch Fällen haben wir schlichtweg nicht wahrgenommen. Haben Zuflucht in einem Keller eines Bekannten gefunden. Kein Witz! Heutiges Zitat des Geschäftsführers zu mir: „Herr Eutin, wenn Sie nochmal in RS übernachten möchten, so checken sie doch bitte im Hotel Mercure ein. Die sind nicht so modern und haben klassische Schlüssel…..“

Das Hotel ist ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Die Besitzer haben es sehr sensibel, ohne die historische Aura zu zerstören, mit allem versehen, was ein gutes Hotel braucht. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, und sind, ohne das historische Flair zu verlieren, mit allem Komfort versehen. Die Betten waren hervorragend, schön war auch die Trennung von WC und Badewann und Dusche (beides vorhanden). Man spürt das Herzblut bei der Restaurierung.
