It is better not to expect Japanese-like service, amenities, and breakfast. The location is convenient for getting into central Auckland and the suburbs.

I stayed at their home for the first night in New Zealand and thought it was pretty good. I decided to book with them for the last night. The transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, and the overall service is in place. It is more worry-free than staying at a B&B.
