Spacious carpark. No aircon/fan. Had to leave the windows open but there are bugs flying around. Dilemma. No lift to the 2nd floor, require to carry luggage up the stairs. Just sufficient for a quick night stay. Outdated furnitures, requires upgrade. Self check out in the morning.

All good.
But no curtain above front door, so light shone into room all night and made sleeping difficult.
Not very sound proof so hear cars outside

Great place with great staff. Everything we needed for our short stay in Auckland. Shower was great, bed was comfortable and free parking.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about.
So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in.
Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend.
Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc

水龍頭全程沒有熱水，在冬天會很難想象。入住過兩次了，這次住的是行政套房。
酒店九點以後也沒有服務人員，沒有任何辦法，大冬天的水龍頭開二十分鐘也沒有熱水。房間沒有空調，衹有電暖氣片，也很冷。。
