Pas besoin d'accueil physique, tout est géré par des codes d'entrée et c'est bien plus simple ! Le Parking est un gros plus pour ce BnB du centre ville. Le cadre est magnifiquement bien rénové, les nuits sont calmes et possibilité de réserver le petit déjeuner le matin. Les studios sont propres et bien aménagé. La literie est un peu dure mais on s'y fait. N'hésitez pas !

Nice aparthotel and very close to train station, it’s beautiful small property.
But somehow they put us in the Room with no curtain on the glass door. Even the Room is in corner and the top level . Other than that , everything is ok .

Appartement de 40 m2 qui fait réellement à peine 35 m2. Pas de code pour accéder à la rue pour se garer au parking que nous avons payé. Manque de sérieux globale de la prise en charge des problématiques qui ne sont toujours pas résolu à cet instant. Erreur de chambre lors de la réservation réalisé par téléphone. Le parking qui devait être compris s’est avéré payant en supplément

Séjour très agréable, nous avons passé un excellent week-end en amoureux dans cet hôtel. L’appartement était en parfait état et très confortable. Le service client était au top et réactif. De plus, l’hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et à proximité d’une multitude de commerces, bar et restaurants. Je recommande cet établissement pour passer un week-end dans la ville de Rennes, une ville vraiment sympathique.
