Très bon accueil, le personnel est à l'écoute, disponbile et souriant. L'hébergement est de qualité, l'appartement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel, le petit-déjeuner est varié et très apprécié!

Séjour parfait dans ce studio où rien ne manquait. L’emplacement au top près de la gare mais dans une rue tranquille, où nous avons pu nous garer facilement. Cerise sur le gâteau, à 5 mn à pied de l’appartement de notre fils où nous passions le soir de Noël. Un grand merci d’avoir fait l’exception d’accepter notre vieux chien aveugle! Nous reviendrons

We have stayed in this apar**ent before so we knew what to expect. The small patio is a bonus but this time we brought our own chairs as we don’t find those provided very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable but it is very warm up there~ we were glad of the fan. We found the Wi-Fi to be rather inconsistent ( not sure if it was like this before). There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which is just perfect.

Beim Betreten des Apar**ents fiel uns sofort auf, dass es nicht gereinigt war und der Fußboden völlig verdreckt war. Wir haben uns das Apar**ent näher angeschaut und neben dem Dreck auch gelbe, fleckige Kopfkissen entdeckt. Die Fußmatte im Apar**ent war mehr als unappetitlich. Uns ist die Lust auf die Unterkunft vergangen und die Managerin bot an am späten Nachmittag das gesamte Apar**ent selbst zu reinigen. Uns war nicht klar wie lange das dauern soll und haben mit der Bitte um kostenlose Stornierung abgelehnt. Leider ist die Managerin der Bitte nicht nachgekommen und hat voll belastet. Wir haben uns ein sauberes Hotel gesucht.

Appar**ent was cozy, clean, included comfortable bed and cooking facilities. Appar**ent is close to railway and coach station. I find it good for a short stay. Standard appar**ent for two persons was very small, largely because it was located in the attic (should take care of your head). I would recommend an appar**ent for 3 persons to stay as a couple. The hotel sends you a questionnaire in advance to improve your experience. However it looks like the answers were not taken into account at all.

Good apar**ent to stay overnight. If they could add a sign/ instructions in English regarding thier actual reception location, it will be very helpful for tourists who cannot read french (because their reception for check in and out is located in a different address).
Other than this, I am contented with staying at this apar**ent

J’ai passé une nuit dans votre appartement « LIN » Et je suis vraiment DECU en effet - Appartement Non chauffé avant mon arrivée, - 1 seule radiateur pour l’appartement , de plus qui fonctionne avec détecteur de présence, donc j’ai eu froid jusque 20H au moins. - Rideau qui recouvre le radiateur. - Salle de bain, remonté permanent d’odeurs d’égouts - Chambre tête de lit plus petite que le lit. Je comprends que l’on fasse des économies MAIS pas au détriment du confort du client vu le prix. Lit correct Accueil avec le sourire et aimable Petit déjeuner très bien
