The hotel was very good location wise. The breakfast was good and very delicious.

Nice room

When we booked the hotel, the hotel showed that there was an elevator, but when we checked in, there was no elevator. We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Later, the hotel explained that there was no elevator on our floor.

It was nice to be able to fill the bathtub with hot water. The bed was comfortable. I think the room was quite clean. It's very convenient because it's near the station. However, the attitude of the female staff member at the time of check-out was the worst ever. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or not, but she only whispered a greeting, and when I asked her to keep my bag, she silently handed me a tag and a pen and told me to leave my bag there with a dull look on her face. Have you ever encountered a staff member like this? She completely ruined the hotel's reputation at the very end.

Small! It's close to the station and the price is reasonable, but it's small. There is an elevator, but it's an old model that was added later and is also small. If you have a certain amount of luggage, only one person can get on at a time, and it's hard to get on during check-out time, so you end up having to walk down the stairs with your heavy luggage.

The location is very good, close to the train station and within walking distance. The lobby and rooms are a bit crowded, as is the elevator, which can only accommodate one person pulling a suitcase. There are nice restaurants right next to the hotel.

It is a good hotel in the city center with parking but paying 15 euros per day the reception was great 👍 we had a good stay.

The staff's service attitude is very good. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is very close to Rennes train station and bus station. It is recommended for those who want to visit Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel.

Das kleine Hotel ist sehr praktisch in der Nähe des HBF Rennes gelegen und auch im Umkreis gibt’s es viele Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit 13€/Person fair.
