Hôtel très bien situé, personnel accueillant, écologique, très bon petit déjeuner. En revanche l'isolation phonique est vraiment à revoir, on entend les conversations dans les chambres voisines.

This hotel had a cute little garden area and decor that made the place cheery and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, but had a nice big comfortable bed with comfy pillows. The bathroom was small and the shower got everything wet. The first night was quite cold, but the staff was able to reset the heater and it got better. The breakfast cost extra, but was very nice. The location was great and within walking distance to many eating places and town sites. Also a very short taxi ride to the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel and would highly recommend it.

Très bon hôtel. Bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Chambre propre mais il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire. Les serviettes sont propres mais un peu vieilles, décousues. La personne à l'accueil : j'ai connu mieux. Pas très souriante, on a l'impression de déranger. Pour résumer : bonne expérience. Je reviendrai pour la propreté et le petit déjeuner.

L’agent d’accueil a été très désagréable avec nous. Ce matin je descends demander un café à 10:31 et l’on me répond que l’on ne sert plus de café à partir de:30. L’hôtesse d’accueil m’a très mal parlé, était désagréable voire insolente. Un tel accueil dans un hôtel 3 étoile n’est pas du tout admissible. A cela s’ajoute un évier boucher !!

Une très bien placement au centre ville de Rennes. L’ambiance d’hôtel est convivial avec le service sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est varié. J’ai passé un très bon week-end en famille dans cet hôtel. Je commanderai le prochain foi.
