We are so disappointed with this experience, the room and the location are great, no surprise, on the other hand the very bad surprise was having to wait for 45 minutes in the corridor, for the receptionist to manage to light his lantern! He had coded the wrong door, and when I kindly asked for a commercial gesture, he humiliated me!!! By accusing me of having given him the wrong door number, knowing that I had given him back the card with the room number!!! He was clearly at fault and literally passed the blame on me, incidentally it was my partner who guessed his mistake! And finally, there was only one towel. We had no apology, nor any commercial gesture, knowing that we were forced to cancel our restaurant reservation, and our friends kindly found another restaurant for us and waited. It was a mess! Just for a receptionist who doesn't know the basics of his job!!!! He ruined our weekend.

We chose this hotel for its location, 24 hour reception and price. As our plane was delayed we arrived close to midnight and initially thought we couldn’t gain access. Fortunately the buzzer alerted reception and with a minimum of fuss we were in our room. Only stayed one night as the next morning we crossed the road to the bus depot to travel to Mont Saint Michel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, instead walking a few minutes to the nearest Carrefort for yogurt and gluten free food, which we enjoyed with a coffee at a cart on the plaza. Hotel worked very well for us.

We’ve had a very pleasant accommodation in the hotel. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes by foot from the city center.
Everything was really good - the room was colorful and clean, the bed was quite big (I may assume that width of the bed is 200 cm), the staff was so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Coffee is free of charge during the whole day as well as croissants.
Definitely recommended to stay in Rennes.

到雷恩的第一站就住在這裏啦。因為火車到的很晚，酒店正對着火車站，實在是太方便啦！
🔔服務：因為帶娃出行，工作人員特別選了一間是星球大戰圖案的房間，寶寶很喜歡那個宇宙飛船👍
🧹衞生：浴室是全新翻修的，還有個小浴盆，很不錯。
🍃環境：唯一的缺點就是到了房間有點煙味，開窗散了一下。難道不是無煙房間？另外空調有點吵。
