Tastefully furnished room with all the necessary comfort. The pleasant and very attentive hostess generously offers her help. To recommend without restrictions You must nevertheless be able to climb these floors. A place to store bicycles is available.

The attic is described as a "3 bedroom" apar**ent, in reality there is only one real bedroom (double) from which you enter directly into a small room with a single bed; in a space in the middle of the apar**ent they placed a double bed, without even a curtain to separate it from the rest. Let's say that there are 5 beds and that at least 3 people have zero privacy. The entire attic is full of wooden and metal beams and reinforcements, partly real and partly decorative; the effect is not the best. The location is fantastic, in the center and close to all points of interest and transport. The wifi worked fine. The kitchenette is very neglected, with old furniture and a cupboard in which we found - and quickly threw away - several packages of open and expired food. You cook on an electric stove, the socket is 20 centimeters above the sink. The bathroom has a separate toilet, in a small room; in the bathroom the tub doesn't have a rod to hold the hose up and it doesn't have curtains to shelter splashes: either take a shower squatting down or flood the bathroom. In the rooms there are armchairs with lots of cushions, all with a very worn look and a few too many stains. Breakfast is included in the rate, which is very abundant and includes: sliced ​​bread, plain yoghurt, jams, store-bought sweets and slices of homemade cake, milk and juice, fruit. Every day there is a different cake but it is never indicated what it is or the ingredients; milk and juices arrive in open bottles, jams in open cups: everyone eats what they feel confident about.

De retour en Guadeloupe, nous prenons donc le temps de poster ce message afin de faire part de notre bonne expérience. La chambre d'hôte est de qualité: belle, propre, décorée avec goût. Super petit-déjeuner. Bons conseils donnés avec générosité. Bâtiment atypique qui vous plonge dans une autre dimension tant spatiale que temporelle. Un super moment passé !!! Nous avons pris le temps de nous poser dans la cour intérieure, un pur bonheur! Idéalement situé !!!! Superbe experience. Tres belle demeure parfaitement restaurée. Idéalement située au coeur de Rennes avec accès facile à pied aux principaux sites touristiques. Accueil parfait, tres sympathique… on s’y sent vraiment bien. Je recommande.
