bryan at the front desk was very helpfull, great wellcoming and great service, he will be the main reason to book again! i had some issues as i booked through the third parties and the room was sold out, but he is solved the problem in few minutes. thank you bryan

I was I town with a group of business associates. The hotel is in a great location and suited our needs perfectly. Los Compadres is close by and we enjoyed dinner there. Daniela at the front desk made sure we felt welcome. Overall a perfect stay for us.

GREAT STAFF! AND CLEAN ROOMS! this is by far the best Hampton Inn I’ve been in. The front desk staff is really great, Daniela, Christian and Bryan were really helpful during my stay and made sure all my necessities were covered and helped me in everything they could. They made my stay really great since they were always caring and considerate of all my needs and requests, they also made sure everything was okay with my room and provided with basic needs like shower towels, hot water for coffee and bottled water to stay hydrated. They also had no problem with replacing the key to my room often since I would drop them most of the time and they would do it with a smile on their face. The room service staff was also great in cleaning and leaving everything cristal clear. Overall I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites at Reno, they all made sure to make my stay really comfortable and cozy and I’m positive to say that I would definitely be back to staying with them when I get back to Reno.

When you first walked in the staff was amazing. Christiana at the front desk was exceptional when above and beyond to accommodate, she was amazing. The amenities were all working and great nice size hot tub, indoor swimming pool. The room was amazing surprisingly spacious we were a family of five and it was more than enough room and then the breakfast. The next morning was what topped off the stay at this location. Thank you for everything from now on this is what will be staying when we come to the area.!!’

Serina was very polite and welcoming. She assisted me with great customer service and professional. I enjoyed how she was happy to be there and that she was so helpful. I wish more employees were like this and I will definitely be coming back to the Hampton Inn.

I liked the pool and the general thoughtfulness like makeup remover, popcorn, extra toletries provided. Great breakfast, coffee area I think they just need to do a little painting, provide in room instructions nearby activities, and should check to see that they give you the type of room you signed up for. Overall we had a great stay.
