This was our second time staying at this courtyard my husband and I and it is wonderful like our first stay. Eren was very welcoming. Bistro food was excellent. We will stay here every time we come to Reno The rooms are nice and clean Housekeepers do a good The few times we would see them they smile and great us.

I would like to start off with all the staff great environment. Ms. Eren was much accommodating. anything we needed she was just wonderful. Thank you everyone for a great experience! we definitely recommend this hotel. You can't go wrong with a Starbucks coffee in the mornings.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The only downside is that the AC in the room was in a corner half blocked by the desk so there wasn't much airflow.
They have complementary cookies in the evening, hot chocolate and the gym was fantastic.

What a great experience from the get go. Was greeted by a friendly smile and a bag of 2 bottles of water. Eren was so welcoming. She made me feel like I was at home. The hotel was clean, rooms were up to date and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The gym was the best one I’ve even used at any hotel! Highly recommended!
