This hotel was clean and in a great location. It was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

booked cedar tower through trip. 370$ room. touts #nomorequeuing for registering online. Did so 4 days prior. got there at 3pm, room not ready. Checked with desk 3 times, each time was told room would be ready in 30. Nearing 5pm, i called Trip, and suddenly my room was ready within 5 minutes. Eventually got some food at the restaurant, which i should have gave my money somewhere else 😂. Trip 5/5 would book through again. J resort 2.5/5 would probably stay somewhere else to be honest.

We always have a wonderful time at J Resort and happy with our stay. Clean rooms and hotel.

I don't know how long it had been since we moved into this room. The table, telephone, TV remote control, etc. in the room were all covered with dust, as was the bathroom room. I should request a claim

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

We had a wonderful stay at J resort reno. Our room was big and clean… tho our room was never celaned during our 3 day stay… i just wished they did so even once. Never the less we had a great view, location was great

Hotel was clean and friendly staffs.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.  However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere.  The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water.  There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar).   No shower caps or lotion.  The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great! We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday.
