Hotel was very clean, great service and location was nice. Right across the street from a mall and Trader Joe’s. We shopped for snacks during our stay.

Check in was a breeze. Very clean!

During my stay from 3/15 to 3/17, I was verbally assaulted by the front desk night clerk who called me stupid and f’ing crazy because I took pictures of someone sleeping for the 2nd night in the front lobby. He said I was violating his right to privacy. There is NO right to privacy in the lobby of a hotel, but I do have a right to feel safe as a single female and not be verbally assaulted by an employee. I put a chair in front of my door when I got to my room. I had to take this all the way to corporate as the general manager of this hotel aggressively stood by his employee and was extremely rude and confrontational. Hilton needed to know how their guests were being treated. In no way was this experience consistent with their brand. I have names, photos and witnesses and they have video and recordings. Something fishy was going on and they need to be investigated. At a minimum, they need to be retrained!

First time staying here for work and it is a very convenient place. Jessica at the front desk was very nice and helped accommodate my stay. Everyone at the front desk was actually helpful and very friendly. Whatever you need they will accommodate you. Thank you for the great service!!!!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Reno. I usually stay here about 9 days out of the month. I am most impressed by the price and the quality of their rooms and amenities (breakfast, pool & gym); it's like being at home for me. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. One person in particular is Jessica. She's always greeting with a smile, helping with getting room service and overall helps with some suggests of where to eat. I almost forgot about Victor too. Whenever, I need something to be fixed, he was there to provide professional service. I will continue to stay here because I feel comfortable, but also seeing people like Jessica and Victor makes it an inviting place to stay! See you all again in May.

Came here for work and it was a nice stay! The rooms are quite nice and the kitchen is very useful to have when you are on the road often. Lots of great places to eat and within walking distance! Jessica was great, very friendly demeanor and very quick check in. Would definitely stay again!
