The hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were "out of order" and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

Rooms are great and windows/views are amazing. In house restaurant was really good and had a lot of options. No room service so you have to go down but worth it. They have water machines on the floors and the gym is great. Shower heads were really low (like less than 6’” and the digital key didn’t work all the time. Plus, parking across the street is scary so do valet if you got the $$$. All in all a nice place and definitely a place to stay if your looking to check out downtown Reno.

The staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean and nice and had everything I needed. The hotel is at a great location i will recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for your hospitality.

Went to Whitney Peak for a staycation! This is the only hotel in Reno that I would want to stay at. It has the best decorations and is so inviting. We were within walking distance to everything we needed which was amazing! The lounge was comfortable and restaurant was great. Beautiful spacious suite and especially clean and comfortable! ❤️

This hotel was beautiful, immaculate, and smartly decorated. The location was perfect; being close enough to walk to the ******s without staying in a ****** hotel was exactly what we wanted and needed! We stayed in a King room, and it was huge! Rooms on the higher floors also offer mountain views which are amazing! Also, the onsite restaurant was phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner selections were delicious and well-priced.
