Wow! Had to complain several times about the A/C not working, 77 degrees in the room for 3 days. Every time they had sent the 'engineer', who set the thermostat to 65 and sometimes opens the windows. So then the A/C blows hard and makes a lot of noise, but it doesn't cool the room. I was there for a convention, and plenty other people said they had unsuccessfully complained about their A/C as well. Then found a bogus charge of $148 on my Credit Card statement. Called them and they said they simply didn't charge that extra amount, my bank must have invented that payment. Had to dispute it. Conclusion: don't count on too much customer service. Endure and pay.
