Be cautious—the cups tend to overfill if the previous guest added too much water. Always double-check before brewing, especially if you're using the in-house cups. 2. **Resort Fee Increase:** - The resort fee has escalated from $15 to $19 per night. While this additional charge has always been a point of contention for me (given that the property doesn't fully embody the traditional resort experience), it's essential to understand what you're getting in return. 3. **What Does the Resort Fee Cover?** - The fee includes basic amenities such as water, coffee, and toiletries. Additionally, you'll find thin towels at the pool area and a handful of coupons. Staff was super nice. just your average hotel

Stay was very quiet and relaxing. Just what I needed.

Day 1- came back to room to dirty linen and beds not made; called front desk- told they don't "provide this service"-advised towels were dirty, asked to exchange, 4 hours later we had towels and that night/early AM had a "mysterious" 2AM wake up call- like "punishment" for complaint. Day 2- steakhouse still not open, note that it only opens W-Su so Mo & Tu not available; tried pool but closes early; went back to room with Chopper landing on LZ in room for AC noise, turn off and can roast peanuts in the room; toilet is so worn the top layer of porcelain is gone in the bowl and it looks like it is perpetually filled with sand- so rough inside paper won't go down unless you flush twice; Day 3- steakhouse was AWESOME in terms of food quality, presentation and price, waiter was nice; then fire alarm goes off- but the staff isn't alarmed (unintended pun)- they just go about it like it happens everyday- no one exits, they just say "it is louder in the ****** or guest rooms"- odd Pool closes early, and/or was being maintained so never got to use; vending machines on the floor were good for snacks, good selection but the soda said $ 10.00 so we opted to pass on the soda. Had just come off a couple Best Western PLUS stays at other locations and so impressed, were looking to make this our "go-to" brand because so nice, this one is making us think maybe the entire brand is not the same, depends more on the individual hotel.

Hotel rooms are a great distance across ****** from checkin, requiring you to carry your bags through the ******. Also, there are no chairs in the room for casual sitting and unwinding before bed, other than one office chair with rollers. Outside deck chairs are steel and uncomfortable.

Staff is exceptionally nice! Free drinks at table games is sweet. I didn't like our room with two connecting doors and one noisy neighbor, but I'll know next time to book through the hotel at a lower than ******* room rate a better room.
