There are no breakfasts and the possibility to order a paid breakfast. Couldn't get the air conditioner to heat the room. It was cold. One of the lamps didn't work. The room is very dark

Room decor is ok, mattress was a little janky could use an update. Some table games were closed. When I inquired about it they said they were short staffed. Wanted to go to the steakhouse but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Ended up going to the grill house, food was ok, staff was great but ambiance not so much.

Rooms available for pets are a long way from outdoor area to potty pets especially if you have a mobility handicap.

Didnt sleep well due to smoke smell even in rooms. Near indoor pool and very loud. Hard to breathe if any resp issues or kiddos.

Front desk agent was friendly. Room was ok. Toilet doesn't flush properly and the heater is loud but otherwise room was good. I stayed because of the snow. Cant get over the summit. Will be back to visit another day.
