Chinese friends: Don’t be fooled into checking in by the pictures of the hotel. First of all, when I checked in, I greeted the lady at the front desk and ignored her. This is almost impossible in the United States. When I entered the room, the carpet was wet and the bath towel was half wet. When I told the front desk, she actually replied "That's impossible." "I asked her to go and see for herself to make sure I wasn't lying. After that, I asked her if she could change to another room. She was convinced. There are only a few people with less than ten cars in the parking lot who believe in customers." What’s even more ridiculous is that there are spider 🕷️ webs in the room, the chairs are so dirty that you dare not sit on them, the leather chairs have been damaged, and there are medicine cans, hairpins, sheets and hair left by the previous tenant on the edge of the bed...! The children couldn't stand the musty smell in the room. I originally planned to stay for three days, so I didn't want to escape from that ghost place without losing the cost of a night. This hotel is worse than a small hotel in a small rural town in China that does not have a star rating.

Arrived and hour early and was told check in is 3:00 no exception. Arrived at 3pm to a parking lot full of people waiting by their cars. When I went to the desk she said none of the rooms are ready yet. Really?? Not until 4pm. They have to get the ok from housekeeping. My son was the one staying there and everyday at 3 I was either picking him up or dropping him off and there was always a parking lot full of people standing around waiting to check in. Be warned if you plan to check in on time!!! Also, I booked him in the Baymont next door. The lobby was closed and said to check in at Quality inn. Somehow he ended up at in quality in room and I asked why. The lady at the desk said she didn’t know why. Really??

Rude staff dirty room.You have to request fresh towels 24 hours in advance and you will not receive them if someone request towels before you. I am adding those pictures to prove how dirty this place is.

The Bathroom ceiling light was out, but couldn't get it replaced, because the lack of personnel, so had to get light bulbs and replace them myself. Water in the shower could not become warm, so couldn't use the shower. The pool and gym were closed as well.

When we received the key to our room just going down the hallway give us an idea of what we would be dealing with. Carpets were torn up and look as if they needed to be replaced walls were dirty-looking. The elevator doors said FU in big letters. When we got in the elevator it smelled like bleach so bad that I had to put my shirt over my nose. As we open the door to the room, it stunk like smoke so I understand why they had the windows open to air it out. Both beds were dished in big time instead of being flat. The whole place was just run down. They did tell us that they would give us our money back but said they were holding $400 on our card because they had to wait for their money from Priceline. We laughed and stayed at another nicer Hotel.
