Absolutely love the accommodations in my initial interaction with staff. However, when my trip was cut, short employees were not able to or were not willing to help me with a refund that was protected with booking insurance. This was very disappointing to me because the email concerning booking protection said if you need help contact this number and the number was to the hotel that I was staying at and the staff there. could not accommodate me. It was eventually handled by management.

Ashley and Makeila at the front desk were incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice family hotel. Pool was solid, hot tub was nice and hot, weight room had treadmills and ellipticals that worked, and decent weights. Breakfast was honestly pretty good too. Really satisfied

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley at the front desk. Immediately entering the building, she was warm and friendly, and made me feel so welcomed in the establishment. It’s people like her that really leave an impact and create the sort of relationship all businesses seek to find. thank you so much for providing such an extraordinary experiance.

Ashley was the absolute best in helping us make a last minute reservation on our way through during a family trip! Our room was set up to be pet friendly, and she went above and beyond in her customer service! If we are back this way, we’re staying here again!

Makeila went above and beyond to help me get checked in early, after a long previous day of cancelled flights. She was able to get my room ready early after getting the first flight out the next day, and I was able to check in early and get some rest.
