Quiet location. Carpet is old. Plenty of parking but still charge $7.00 outdoor lot parking. Only one receptionist, l waited 30 minutes just to check in. Small gym. No swimming pool. Price doesn’t include breakfast.

The location is average. There is enough parking space.
The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, you must bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shower supplies, and towels. There is a gap between the cost of the room and the personal hygiene products provided.

The main entry and area is very clean and bright - they've done a good job making it welcoming. The room was fine - nice size with a microwave and mini fridge. The space is really nice to have and not feel cramped. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which was annoying. But it was clean. The hallways though smelled funny - like cigarette smoke trying to be covered up by bleach.

Great location for an easy access into Seattle for an appt, IKEA for getting our steps in and shopping, Seattle Chocolate outlet for sweet tooth cravings and Jimmy Macs in Renton for a delicious steak dinner. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Amenities were good. The serve a good breakfast for reasonable prices. Only drawback for us was having no USB outlets on my side of the king bed. Would stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Renton. It’s very convenient for everything we need to do and go to, airport, family, shopping etc.The breakfast staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is easy and delicious! It’s our go to hotel.
