All in all the experience was great in every way for a lower budget motel. It was as good as any Ive stayed in, and maybe the best for easy parking, courteous reception, clean and quiet. My only problem was there wasnt cold water in the plumbing so I couldn't get the shower cool enough to tolerate. I reported it to the office and am curious to find out if they fixed the problem.

After driving around unable to find The Inn at Lake Washington (there’s a huge sign visible from Hwy 405 & the road saying it’s a Comfort Inn. Apparently it was renamed by the new management showing a little sign with the current name at the main drive up entry.
Not even a glass in the room to take a pill with.
There is a portable refrigerator & microwave in the room. I like the hearing system so I can regulate the temperature.

Staff was very friendly. The only mishap I had was being locked out of my room for 45 minutes because my cards wouldn’t work and the staffs cards wouldn’t work. They think it was the battery for the door. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet.

Someone was using a leaf blower at 2 a.m. room near us was playing loud music until 3 a.m couldnt get any sleep after a long flight from Tokyo.

They gave our reserved room away and when asked why, the girl working the counter was rude. We asked her where the room was and she told us to go around back. So we drove all the way around to the back and it wasn’t there. Come to find out it was in the same parking area we started in and just across the courtyard from the office. Thinking possibly she was not lgbtq friendly! She gave us a room that was falling apart. The bathtub was cracked and had been painted over. The paint was also cracked and peeling off in many spots. Table was so wobbly you couldn’t put anything on it. Just an overall bad experience. I drove nearly 5 hours for a dr appointment in the morning so we just dealt with it and went to sleep.

I needed something that was close enough to SeaTac so I could get some rest before continuing on with my rental car. I was pleased that they accommodated a VERY late check-in, about 2 am. Parking was close to the room, the room was clean and comfortable. One plus was how convenient it was from I-405, which could also be a negative because it is really close. I was too tired to notice. I slept for a few hours then I was off and down the road. I am grateful to find such a nice place for a very reasonable price.
