"This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the views are absolutely stunning. You can explore the island and enjoy complimentary access to a private beach, kayaks, sand toys, beach towels, yoga, swimming rings, and even an airport shuttle (reservations required). Mud baths don't require a reservation, and pricing can be found in the provided image. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very extensive. For lunch and dinner, only à la carte options are available at the restaurant, which can be a bit pricier, but the food is excellent. The mini-bar in the room has drinks that are half the price of those at the restaurant, and you pay for everything when you check out. If you prefer not to eat on the island, you can take a ferry to the mainland, with departures every hour. Cleanliness: The dry area of the room was very clean. However, the wall tiles near the floor in the bathroom need a good scrub; they're a bit yellow and dirty. The outdoor shower, which has a lovely design, hasn't been well-maintained. There's also an issue with insects; even though the hotel addressed it once, I was still woken up by mosquito bites every day."

"This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. We had originally booked for one week, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously extended it for another week. Ms. Vy and Mr. Vuong from the hotel's fitness center were incredibly kind and helpful; they played pickleball with us every day. The pickleball court here is considered one of the best in Nha Trang, even attracting local members who play daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 kilometers from Nha Trang Beach by taxi, with complimentary shuttle services available twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Po Nagar Cham Towers. Ordering food delivery to the hotel is also an option. It was truly ideal for our family of two adults and three children. We had such a fantastic experience that we felt compelled to leave a positive review, and this is actually my first time writing one on Ctrip. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "Overall, my experience was just average. The hotel's environment is undeniably great – beaches, BBQ, and a pool are all standard. Guests can conveniently travel between the main road and the island by speedboat or cable car. However, the rooms are quite old, and the facilities are dated. Most importantly, the service feels like it's stuck in 1980s China. The 1977 yuan included accommodation and three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). At dinner, I ordered a beer, which was about 20 yuan. I didn't have cash, and my Chinese credit card couldn't be processed. I offered to go back to my room to get cash or have it charged to my room. I even signed the bill with my room number. To my surprise, the waitstaff repeatedly badgered me for payment and even brought me to the hotel front desk to try my credit card again, which still didn't work. They insisted I go back to my room for cash. I lost my temper and loudly complained, which caught the attention of the restaurant manager. The manager was quite reasonable; he apologized profusely, waived the drink bill, and even saw us off with a smile. The next day, I had a flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City at 8:40 AM, which required an early start to catch the speedboat to the mainland. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the lobby also opened at 6 AM. I had arranged for two breakfast boxes the night before since I wouldn't have time to eat in the restaurant, as the shuttle bus was leaving at 6:15 AM. At 6 AM, I collected my breakfast boxes from the lobby and saw that the restaurant was open. I asked a server if I could have a cup of coffee. The server consulted a manager (not the same one from the previous night's restaurant) and was told that since breakfast had already been packed, I couldn't have coffee. I just had to smile wryly and give up. In conclusion, everything in Vietnam is developing and changing, much like China experienced similar transformations. The income of the working class is low, and while there's a unique Southeast Asian spirit of contentment with simplicity, the standard of international modern service still needs improvement."

The pool, beach, and ocean fulfill all vacation needs. It doesn't feel old or moldy; quite the opposite, it feels rather new, making me wonder if it's been renovated. The breakfast selection is incredibly varied and delicious. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, making for a fantastic stay."

"I booked the Amiana Cam Ranh deluxe sea view room (photo attached) two months before my vacation. I booked for two nights using two vouchers. Check-in started with the front desk manager trying to convince me that I had booked a room with different beds, even though that wasn't the case. So, after one night, I had to check out of that room at 12 PM and check into another room at 2 PM. When I asked how this could be resolved, I was offered an upgrade for an additional charge. After a thorough discussion, it turned out that the beds were indeed the same, but she had only checked me into that room for one night. I'd like to point out that I could barely see the sea; most of the view was of the construction site of the neighboring Aquamarine hotel (which went on all day) and a motorcycle parking lot. When I asked, the reception staff member told me to book a higher category next time. On the other side of the Amiana hotel, they are renovating the elevators, and there is heavy dust, paint smell, and the constant hum of grinders on the floor. The elevators are off, and you have to walk. And at 8 PM, a drunken party starts at the neighboring Aquamarine hotel, with very, very loud music. The icing on the cake, in the opposite direction, was the check-out experience. They started asking me for ice tongs and an ashtray, even though smoking is prohibited in the room. If you disregard all of the above, the hotel itself has a very large and beautiful territory, many luxurious pools, and excellent access to a beautiful beach. There is a huge selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner; it's impossible to try everything. There's a welcome tea at 3 PM, after which it's very difficult to have dinner. The staff is smiley (if you're lucky and don't get the one who checked us in). My impression of the holiday is mixed. An hour before check-out, the senior manager tried to smooth things over by offering us mud baths, but unfortunately, we were already leaving. And honestly, if they had wanted to, they could have done it sooner."

The pier reception lobby is exquisitely designed, and the staff's service is impeccable. After check-in, a staff member personally escorted us to the cable car, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Guests can use the cable car or boat for free. Upon arrival at the pier, the hotel also arranges complimentary transfers. Additionally, the hotel provides free shuttle services to VinWonders and back. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and there's a large swimming pool. We loved the private beach – the sand was fine, white, and the water crystal clear. Staff even picked up trash to keep the beach clean. We absolutely adored the beach, though there were sea mosquitoes whose bites hurt for days. It would be great if there were more activity options, as we didn't go to VinWonders every day."

"Orbit is good & cheap hotel in quiet town nearby Nha Trang for reasonable price. Here is fine place to relax a lilbit away from crazy busy city. Hotel with swimming pools and beautiful landscape view if you book room on 5 or 6 floor. We are sorry breakfast is not tasty for us, but it was fine to eat some fruits there. Room is wide and spacious with small balcony. Beds was uncomfortable, very hard and small for us. Anyway is better to live here than in Nha Trang city madness…Here is small community beach and shops where is possible to get some food nearby."

"We had an amazing time at Vinpearl Luxury. Even though the weather wasn’t the best the staff ensured that we were well taken care of. As a muslim the breakfast options was great and the staff were always willing to accommodate our requests. The Spa staff were also amazing and we enjoyed our daily complimentary massages. Would definitely love to return in the future…. Also the pics on the booking sites do not match the beauty of the actual facilities!"

"We stayed at this resort for a family trip during the National Day holiday. It's right by the beach with an ocean view, which was generally good, but the value for money isn't great. **Environment:** The hotel is quite a distance from Nha Trang city center, located at the mouth of the bay. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a fresh, natural rattan-style decor, and they all have balconies where you can enjoy the sea view and dry clothes. **Facilities:** The infinity pool is huge, and the hotel is right on the beach with its own private ocean frontage, though it's not a gentle sandy beach. Breakfast finishes too early; when we went at 10:18 AM, there was nothing left, which meant my child went hungry for their activities. **Cleanliness:** The hygiene was excellent. The rooms were spotless and bright, and the hotel staff even removed their shoes when helping us with our luggage into the room, which showed great attention to cleanliness. **Service:** We checked in quite late with our child, and the front desk staff meticulously explained the hotel facilities and check-in procedures. However, when I inquired about buying bus tickets to Mui Ne, the front desk refused to help (usually, hotels assist with this). Overall, the hotel offers great views and new rooms, but the service is average, breakfast ends too early, and the value for money is just okay."
