Exceptionally disappointed and annoyed to get a phonecall 5 hours before checking in from the manager saying "Sorry we overbooked and are cancelling your reservation". This was after I had made my reservation 5 weeks earlier. This is inexcusable, poor management and does little for the reputation of Westin and Marriott.

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.My kids enjoyed the pool while i enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was hot cider in the lobby which was absolutely satisfying. My only issue was the air/heat. The room got really stuffy at night and the air would not stay on. I give my stay an 8/10.

I am staying in room 609 from 4/2 to 4/7 and it has been an nightmare. First despite requesting two nights in a row that I would like housekeeping everyday, no one shows up and I have to call everytime for fresh towels or anything I need. The hot water in the shower does not come; and while on business who has time to complain and wait for that in the morning? Also the TV offers YouTube and other things but the internet is so crappy that nothing really loads and lags as you watch it even if its a simple YouTube video. The staff is completely unfriendly and not willing to accommodate. This is a complete waste of money! I have had better quality of living and service at a Days Inn than you will receive here.

Jacqueline at the front desk was fantastic and super helpful and friendly. We come rolling in with little kids and she made us all feel welcome. The rooms are great and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Kids enjoyed the upper level pool. Other service members were also great

My family & I were at the Westin in Reston & had a great experience. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable , and Jacqueline provided amazing customer service. She greeted us with a beautiful smile, went above and beyond to accommodate us & make sure we had a pleasant stay. I’ve noticed post COVID a lot of people aren’t always the most welcoming & don’t strive to go above & beyond with their customer service but Jacqueline definitely exceeded our standards! Highly recommend this property!
