From the ease of booking online to checking in. Checking out. It was perfect. Bushra, manages the guests at Reston and she was just perfect in every way and took care of everything to make out 10 day stay wonderful. The property is BEAUTIFUL. Centrally located. We LOVED the apar**ent and its location. Would be going back in summer again. Thank you team

Beautiful view from our corner apar**ent looking out to Reston Town Center which was decorated for the holidays. Lots of natural light. The apar**ent was clean and spacious enough for our large family. Pull out sofa was not particularly comfortable but the beds were. Hot water not adequate for more than 2 people each morning. Building and location are excellent. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants.

This is our second stay at the Global Luxury Suit restaurant, we stayed there for the first time 5 years ago and were very pleased. But this time, Bushra Chaudhry who took great care of us from our first day, made us feel at home, was interested in all our questions, and made every effort to make us comfortable with her friendliness. We were very lucky to have the right contact. From now on, this will be the only place we choose when we come to Washington.

We love staying here and Bushra is so responsive and accommodating!! We were very concerned about noise for an extended period but we don’t hear anyone around us, almost too quiet. The beds and pillows are comfy and we all sleep very well! The unit is well equipped and has everything in the kitchen we need. Although - we only make breakfast- see places nearby to eat.. Parking is a breeze - either by getting a reserved spot or paying to park in the attached parking garage. There is a spectrum of places to eat nearby from Tatte, Chipotle, Sweetgreen to Morton’s, Ruth’s Chris, Jackson’s, Uncle Julio’s, Capital Burger, etc. If you need to shop there is Lululemon, J Crew, Sephora, Athleta, Apple and more. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, secure, clean and convenient. Right across Town Center with numerous restaurants, shops, movies. Concierge service was wonderful. Private parking for additional fee. Only con, hubby thought bed was too soft, but I didn’t mind.

The building is beautiful. The apar**ent was really clean and nicely decorated. We booked a 1 bedroom apar**ent with pullout couch for 3 people. There was no extra blanket for the couch. There were only 2 towel packs. Since it’s an apar**ent building the onsite person for the hotel rentals was no where to be found. Mailbox was full and there was no answer on their phone. Calling the main number was no help either. He told us to ask one of the other residents on the floor to let us into the elevator since you need a keyfob to access it, and leave the 2 sets of keyfob in the unlocked apar**ent. Paid for parking but it was free on weekends and never got a parking pass.
