It’s all good. But keep in mind the check in is at 5 pm strictly. They don’t have stuff to get you earlier . The rest of stay was wonderful and pets are cutest pies in earth ❤️ !

La gentillesse de Gabri n a pas effacé notre déception face a la chambre qui est vraiment désuète par rapport au reste de la maison .
C est bruyant.
Si nous comparons les chambres que nous avons réservées depuis notre sejour de 8 jours en Italie, le prix de la villa Maria est elevé par rapport aux prestations proposées...alors que cette structure est présentée comme un bed and breakfast..le petit dejeuner n est pas proposé! En conclusion il faudrait donc revoir les prix et l appellation de la structure,

Fate attenzione a tre giorni dalla partenza, ha cambiato la camera dicendo che non si è accorto che l'aveva già prenotata ad altri,, , cambiando i la destinazione con alloggio con bagno in comune......., poco Seri. perdete tempo e caparra.......diffidate.

Nonostante avessimo dichiarato l'ora di arrivo nessuno era presente al nostro arrivo o per meglio dire, chi era presente non ci ha dato un caldo benvenuto. In seguito alle nostre continue chiamate ed al ripetuto suono di citofono esce fuori questo ragazzo che in maniera molto maleducata ci fa intendere che non è lui a gestire il bed& breakfast. Causa problemi familiari avremmo dovuto aspettare un tempo indefinito per essere accolti. Non accettiamo e prenotiamo altrove. Tutte cose che possono capitare e quindi nulla di personale ma il modo di trattare i clienti paganti.

Il check in è fino le ore 23, ma sono arrivato alle 21,15 e "l'albergatore" si è presentato solo dopo diverse suonate, in piagiama, perchè era già andato a dormire...
Il bagno è in comune, e non era specificato nella presentazione in rete. La colazione che doveva essere inclusa nel prezzo, non esisteva affatto...
Il letto era così sfondato, da poter dormire solo supini.
Il servizio era gestito da incompetenti allo sbaraglio.
Cani da guardia lasciati liberi di girare nel giardino, senza curarsi se i clienti avessero o meno paura dei cani. Una
truffa bella e buona, confezionata dal furbetto di campagna. Mi meraviglio che un sito serio come ******* dia la possibilità a questo "albergatore" disonesto e incompetente di poter truffare i clienti.

Esternamente la location è carina, ber giardino e poi si entra....un atrio che puzza in modo orribile di fumo, la Signora che ci accoglie è gentile , ci fa vedere la camera, lenzuola stropicciate e forse neanche troppo pulite, un solo bagno a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti senza doccia,solo una vasca parzialmente funzionante, e, dulcis in fundo non c'è la colazione quindi è un bed senza breackfast.....magari dirlo in fase di prenotazione? Nella camera accanto c'era un signore che ha chattato tutta la notte con una suoneria ad alto volume e quindi notte in bianco verso le 5 e mancata la corrente ed è stata riallacciata solo alle 9. esperienza terribile

Complimenti al proprietario di Villa Maria Sole che non mi ha accolto per una sola notte nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo la stanza, sono arrivato 50 minuti in ritardo dall'orario che avevamo concordato (causa problemi autonoleggio all'aeroporto di Torino), la prima cosa che dovrebbe fare una struttura del genere è l'accoglienza, invece si è intascato i soldi e niente ho trascorso una notte fuori al freddo fuori. Complimenti!
