I been there before and never have an issue, first time I bring my pet, when I ask for clarification for the pet policy the girl in the front desk was rude to the point she told me “ find other hotel” I have my 80 years old mother after a long trip I told the receptionist that she was u profesional she just laugh on my face I walk away, today as I took off I check my account and I was double charge my pet, I call and a new person on the reception confirm that I was “mistakenly” double charge and she will take care. I wonder if the girl that was there Saturday afternoon did that on purpose, was horrible!
