Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the noise from the highway so close was horrible and ALL NIGHT LONG! Could not get a good nights sleep after a long work day.

Good location right off the highway and before major interstate intersections int eh Columbus area. Unremarkable Fairfield In with a huge drawback - depending on room location, the road noise from nearby I 70 reverberates all night...nasty

Room was great…very comfortable. Only suggest for improvement to have outlets available on both nightstands for charging, etc. our room had double on just one side

The gal at the front desk was excellent. She offered water and made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The rooms for me were not so great - but the staff are all very nice.

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. The front desk employee was not friendly upon checkin. Our room was standard, nothing special and this hotel definitely felt older and a big worn out. The tub/shower combo in the bathroom was dated. The elevator has got to be one of the slowest I've ever encountered at a hotel, luckily there are only 3 floors and the stairs were easy to manage. Breakfast was average for a Fairfield, nothing exciting, just the basic staples. This hotel is in a ***** of many hotels. There are a few restaurants with in walking distance on the hotel's side of the street. If you're willing to cross a very busy street, then you can easily walk to more shops and restaurants.

No complaints except that some other guests were allowed to party very loudly in the lobby area until at least 2:30 am. So loud that we were awakened by the loud talking and laughing several times. We were not able to get a good night's sleep.

Check in was good. Bed was good. Shower was old and the handle fell off. Gross on the outside. Value for money not worth it
