Die Empfangsdame war sehr Freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und einladend. Für mich, war das Bett etwas zu hart und das Duvet zu dünn für die kalte Jahreszeit.
Frühstück war auch gut und war für alle etwas dabei.
Es war gut und ist zu empfehlen.

Endroit calme chambre et literie au top. Petit déjeuner extra. L emplacement est idéal, car très proche du parc. Aucune critique à formuler, tout était parfait Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés.

Het hotel is geen echt hotel, maar een B&B met veel kamers. Het gebouw ligt in een woonwijk. Parkeren is lastig als je wat later arriveert. Van het hotel was niemand aanwezig na 21.00 uur. Een buurvrouw heeft ons uiteindelijk uitgelegd waar we konden parkeren.
De kamer had meer het karakter van een slaapzaaltje dan van een hotelkamer. De badkamer was ruim, maar net als de rest van het gebouw onpersoonlijk. Er is geen gelegenheid om te lunchen of te dineren in het gebouw. Ook niet in de nabije omgeving van het hotel. Het ontbijt in de zaal was niet gezellig. Voor een gezinsovernachting na een verblijf in het Europapark is het hotel wel oké, maar als vakantieverblijf niet aan te raden
