Amazing!!!

Unable to check in after hours using the machine following the instructions provided by email after booking. Took a while to notice a contact number on the corner of a card displayed at the reception desk to connect with a service line that operates after hours (was an unnecessary stress inducing treasure hunting experience late at night not having a room to go to, and having dialled all their numbers available online which none operates after hours). Support staff on the line informed us that we have been checked in even before our arrival… Days after the stay, happened to see that they have sent an email on the afternoon of the checkin day to inform us the room number and code to enter the room. It was not shown anywhere in the booking that this was a step we should be expecting.

Everything was very clean and right in front of the airport. Super convenient. Breakfast was just okay.

Nightmare checking in - checked in after the desk was closed (which i did let them know in advance like they said). the self check in did not work so I called the emergency number they gave, to which a drunk man in a bar answered. He was useless, kept telling me he couldn’t find the booking and so I had to repeat the number so many times, kept hanging up saying he’d call me back in 5 mins but never did, clearly drunk in a bar. Took over an hour to get through to him and finally get my room number and code, by which was 1am.

Ok but the room smell bad

Directly next to the terminal, normal standard double room, clean and relatively quiet for the location next to the airport.

Nice hotel with amazing staff! Everything is new and convenient, offering great value for the price. The location is perfect for staying near the airport. A big thank you to a guy who checked us in—he was incredibly kind and welcoming!

everything ok. we arrived late, but check-in process was not an issue with the code thay gave us.

Automatic check-in did not work

The accommodation is ideal for late\early flights—literally 30 seconds from the airport gate. The room was cozy and clean. Check-in is effortless through a machine.

Very good and good service. The booking was very last-minute on my part and it worked very quickly. I will book again if needed.

We stayed there one night, everything was fine. I can definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel, right near the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, plenty of outlets. Check-in was easy; I received the room code by email, and I informed them of my stay time in advance. Easy to get to by bus. Overall, a great hotel.
