When making my reservation I had called a number after searching for the hotel The person I spoke to was going to charge $120 more than the advertised cost of the room. I then called the hotel directly and spoke to Nansi. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She looked at the reservation and realized it was a mid week price and certainly didn’t charge us $120 extra in “hotel fees” Because of Nansi and our lovely stay at The Beekman Arms I will be sure to recommend it to friends and will definitely stay there for the next time. We’re in Rhinebeck.

While the room was lovely and the staff was attentive, the WiFi was poor to nonexistent, and the shower needed to be turned to C for cold in order to get hot water.

Great customer service, thanks to Imane. It was great for shopping and seeing the town I also love the tavern it has old school charm. Would recommend to others anytime if the rooms were a little updated. Very centrally located great parking

Great location so easy to get to everything Rhinebeck free parking on site. Restaurant at main hotel. Friendly staff. Accommodations could use a refresh however the personalized service from imane made up for that. Will stay here again. Fair prices.

Wonderful experience, we stayed for our 41 st anniversary Nanci at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a true historic vibe with rich history. I would deffinetly stay again and recommend. The town of Rhinebeck felt like a step back in time, with lovely shops and eateries. Had a great time

Booked room in the Inn, upon arrival advised boiler was broken and were being moved to room outside of inn, required us to drive. Completely different ambience from what was anticipated.

Wonderfully helpful - especially Imane! If you stay in the Inn proper, be warned that there are steps to the second and third floors. The history snd atmosphere can't be beat. One suggestion: serve local cheese and pickled vegetables along with great bread for the continental breakfast.
