Hot tub was closed because of high platform. The desk service was amazing, let me use her paper for sales, drew a map for where all the stores were, shared history about Rhinelander, was really helpful. Pool and sauna was so nice . There is a game room. Lots to do. Comfortable rooms ,slept great. Would come back there .

The room i was put in had trash underneath the beds, holes drilled in the dresser, mold in the bathrooms, a dirty pool, and no hot tub.

Very disappointing. The hot tub and sauna were not working. The walls in our room had smear marks on them. The bathroom outlets, along with the microwave didn’t work

Hallways smelled like ****, walls are super thin. I got yelled at in the parking lot by someone high on something. I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. Breakfast was good but i checked out a day early
