We truly struggled with how the front desk person treated out 11 year old daughter. Swearing at her with a teammate by her side - we were appalled and would never return to this hotel. Truly inappropriate. Room was also very dirty.

Jacuzzi too small in king room for two people. And hot water was low after a shower in the morning. Continental breakfast was lacking. Needed more choices of foods. Coffee was out at check in at 3pm. Really needed some after a 5 hr drive.

It was very clean and quiet. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good and the bed was comfortable. I only was there for one night but I would definitely stay there again if im back in the area.

The hotel was clean, the staff were polite and attentive. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was included and had items to go. The location was fantastic for the ice rink and the town itself. I would stay there again if we go back to Rhinelander.
