Hoyle looks nice from outside but uncomfortable for longer stay. Very noisy, you hear door slams all day, toilets flushing and all kinda of noise . Bathroom (shower very tight, slippery). No amenities at all. No cream for coffee. Very basic hotel not worth the stay. Breakfast ok and basic..

I like this hotel.

The location is very good. It's not far from the old town and the new town. I will stay in this hotel next time. The hotel service is warm and friendly. It has a swimming pool. It's just that the season is not suitable for swimming. It should be very comfortable in summer and you can swim.

The hotel is about 500 meters away from the old town. It is within walking distance. It is also convenient to get on and off the bus to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. The only drawback is that the equipment in the room is too simple and the space is small. The actual triple room I booked is obviously different from the photo shown on Ctrip. It may be an extra bed in a double room, but due to the inconvenience of changing rooms, we did not report it to the hotel.

The room is not bad, the hotel has a lot of food styles, I lived in a sea view room, the view is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also great! The only thing is that I am not used to the food there, it is far from domestic

Very nice employees who try everything to please you. Rooms are a bit small, but it's frugal for a solo traveler.

This hotel is near the seaside in the new town of RODOS. Because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities have not been reduced because there are no tourists. There is heating, the service is super good, and the breakfast is super rich. Although I only saw one People are having breakfast, and there is a bus at the bus station to the airport within three minutes of walking down from the hotel, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the old town, and the public car to LINDOS is only 6 euros, which is very convenient.

We had an issue with out aircondition, it leaked and the remote wasn’t responsive. Tried to reach out to the hotel, they send a guy from maintenance but didn’t follow up on it, so we had to contact them again, 3 times in total. We had to chance rooms, the new room wasn’t cleaned at all and we found black hairs everywhere in the bed and in the bathroom. Sheets wasn’t changed aswell which for us is a big no-no. The terrace was unsutiable for a couple, so take turns on the terrace, as the aircondition takes 60% of the space. Good location close to the beach and the old town, terrific restaurant manager, polite and always with a smile on his face. Everything about the breakfast was a pleasure. The reception was adamant and not very polite when i said the cleaning lady that went to clean our new room failed to do that. He arrogantly said, “She did” then proceeded to call the cleaning section, and found out…. She didn’t change the sheets. She only brushed of the hair so it went on the floor, and didn’t understand simple english, so we had to point towards our hair so she could understand. I wouldn’t go here another time.

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the end of June. It was a wonderful holiday. The beds are big and extremely comfortable. The shower (while very small) has wonderful pressure/water quality. The location is very convenient for the beach and a 15 minute walk from the old town (5 min taxi), which is absolutely stunning. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and therefore quite accessible in general for anyone with mobility issues. It has beautiful sea views - the Aegean sea is one of the most stunning sights I have ever seen. All the staff at the hotel were extremely kind and friendly. The food and drink available from the bar was excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing. We had particularly excellent service from Vasilis and Elektra - they absolutely went the extra mile to help, and made the bar area extremely appealing for relaxing with a drink (or two) for a few hours. More than once my partner and I decided to stay and eat/drink at the hotel rather than venture out due to the welcoming atmosphere the staff created. We knew we'd have a lovely time right there. The breakfast options in the Semiramis were tasty (I would recommend the spanakopita and the little custard pastry, and the coffee from the machine was surprisingly excellent), and the breakfast area had lovely sea views. We enjoyed almost every morning there - only the last morning was stressful as the high season was about to begin and the breakfast area was much more crowded. I'm immunocompromised and this was my first holiday abroad since 2019 - I was very keen to avoid another Covid infection, as I'm high risk. While I felt pretty comfortable most mornings in the breakfast area as it was not usually crowded, several of the large windows were closed over (even when it was not windy), even though it would have provided more thorough ventilation to keep vulnerable guests (and staff!!) safer. There were huge windows that could open wide and allow a lovely sea breeze in, preventing the build up of CO2 and pathogens. It was frustrating. If all the windows were kept open (and open wide in low wind) then even as it got more crowded it would have stayed safer for infection risk. I specifically mention this as the hotel is wheelchair accessible and advertised as a disability friendly venue, and other vulnerable people are therefore particularly likely to visit. It might be worth mentioning to the staff prior to the visit, which did not occur to me at the time - the breakfast staff was very kind, and likely would not mind the asking. However, the outside patio of the bar, the pool bar, and many other indoor areas of the hotel seem very well ventilated - the winds help with that a lot! I mostly used any available outdoor routes to traverse the hotel safely as I found masking in the heat difficult. Our last evening, many new tourists arrived for the beginning of the high season - which clearly meant party season. Loud music began to be played from the veranda - this was not to my taste

This hotel has been great. Staff are super friendly. Yanis the bartender makes the best cocktails. Especially the “Miami Vice!” The breakfast was nice! I stayed here with my partner and we had a good time! The hotel is close to the Old town! Only 10/15 min walk away! The beach is also 2 mins away! We travelled here in the beginning of April, so it wasn’t the season and lots of places were closed. Unfortunately, the pool here was closed!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are a bit small and a bit tired. Very clean. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet plenty of choice. Staff all very helpful. Main bar staff excellent, couldn't do enough. Pool area small but clean. Only downside was the steep hill at side of hotel towards beach. Would definitely be back

We stayed in a triple room here . Great breakfast and dinner options and tasty! . Our room was clean and tidy, and cleaned every day The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better. The pool is on the smaller side but we were so close to the beach we didn’t mind. Would recommend !

We stayed here from 29th July for 10 days for bed and breakfast. We were met by friendly reception staff who directed us to our room. In the restaurant the Maitre D, Stavvas was most welcoming and very hands on clearing tables when they were busy. Food wise there was lots of choice, including pancakes and omelettes. The pool was small but adequate, although we tended to go to the beach. The room had a fridge, safe and great air conditioning. After a few days our bathroom was infested by ants, but after advising the reception, they moved us to another room which unfortunately did not have a balcony but was adequate for our needs. All the staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the bar where boys behind the bar made very good cocktails , served to us by bar waitress Electra. Shops, bars and restaurants were nearby and the Old Town was only a 15 minute walk away .

Semiramis hotel is excellent hotel,located in the center of the city Very nice design with great facilities Room very nice and very clean Restaurant bar reception excellent with a great service and the staff very helpful. We stayed 8 days and really enjoyed it. We want to say thank you for their hospitality .
