The Cardiff Celtic Hotel near the airport is a convenient choice for an early morning flight. It offers comfortable rooms and a friendly staff.

Excellent friendly obliging staff, though the next time we book to stay here we'll be sure to ask to be at the back of the hotel, away from the main road and car park. The room needed airing but it didn't feel right to leave our bedroom window open as we spent the day on Barry Island, before catching an early flight. Didn't eat there due to dietary requirements and they were good enough to put a small something in their fridge to cater for my wife's needs. Convenient bus stops outside the hotel, cabs available as well, though we walked to the airport as it was a nice day and we were early, with little traffic on the Sunday.

Very friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay. A nice clean room with a decent shower. In the morning we had an excellent full English breakfast (continental available as an alternative) and a reasonable price for both the room and the food. I would definitely book again
