The visit was extremely pleasant and the property is beautiful, serene and very well maintained... Palash, Claudius, Anjan Sarma were extremely helpful and courteous.. But the room could have had one good mirror and bathroom should have at last one or two hooks to hang clothes ... Will come here again...

The place is very interior. Roads leading to the resort is horrendous. But inside the resort the stay was worth my penny. Very calm, soothing and serene nature.

The atmosphere is good and beautiful but the service is pretty much slow like the starter food took like 1 and half hours and the main course took like an hour and there is a swimming pool in the resort but it was kinda dirty and that's all I wanted to say.

Hotel price is so high but room is not better than price. And food price is so much high. They deducted service charges also. And staffs are not proper train. No bed side table is there even no any table is there.

Overall it was a decent stay
but the breakfast which was inclusive in stay. Considering the price, options were very limited. Also it took 1&1/2hr to serve it. Overall staffs are polite but morning staffs were too slow & less efficient it seems

Very good place to stay peace and calm with a majestic view of mountains. Beds need to be changed they are way too spongy. Food is good 5⭐️ Price is high 3⭐️ Staff is very friendly

These was no power supply in the room for more than 2 hours and then we decided to move out as we called all the people there about the same and nothing happened.
