No room service. David at front desk was terrible. Would be fired in my company immediately, lazy and rude. I got a carton of rotten milk for breakfast. It was curdled. I’ll never stay there again. All done with Radisson. I travel 200+ nights/ yr. My co. Will never use them again as long as I’m alive.

I love this hotel we like to stay there when family comes a few times a year but this time I was told that locals are not aloud to stay I have never heard of this rule when I booked it did not say this I spent $500 for two rooms for two night the price was great until I got there and the front desk said we will allow it this time only I are very neat people we leave tips we are appreciate staff and travelers I am a small business owner In this area for 17 years I have Adult Group Homes and believe the community needs support. I am fine with the rules it has never been in forced before. When I booked there was no warnings please do better I felt like I was doing something wrong and I was lucky the allowed to stay I hate to think it was discrimination

Wonderful hot tub, however need to vacuum under sofa and chairs in room and in elevator. Appreciated the layout of the king bed suite with bedroom with a door and separate living room. Also appreciated all the outlets, each side at the head of the bed and just the right location at the desk in the living room, also appropriate nightlight in bathroom.

Rooms are nice and clean. Very nice staff, good breakfast food. Came here for skiing at rib mountain. 1 thing i would say is that there is no fan in the bathroom. Not much of a big deal, but overall decent pricing to stay for the weekend.

This property was warm and inviting. Great decorations (tastefully done). Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Great property.
