Very well located hotel next to a square and garden, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Warm and helpful receptionists. Perfect and healthy café "Cayo Coco" next to the lobby for a nice breakfast, a little break in the afternoon or some drinks & tapas in the evening. We occupied a big bedroom with view on the city on the top floor, it was perfect. Little plus, nice stuff in the room minibar.

We loved our stay at this quaint hotel. Lourdes made our visit exceptional. We enjoyed visiting with her and feel she went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

Hotel con encanto, suelos de madera, techos altos, combinan antiguo y moderno con un gusto exquisito. Nuestra habitación con balcón a la plaza vistas a la iglesia maravillosa. Repetiremos sin dudarlo . La chica de la recepción encantadora .

We have been travelling through Spain and Portugal on our motorbike tour and this was our first stop. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with an absolutely fabulous breakfast. I happened to leave an item at the hotel. I didn’t realise but they notified me the next day and Lourdes was so determined to get this item returned to me, it warmed my heart. We agreed for it to be delivered to another hotel on our way. We turned up today and it was there, waiting, safe and sound. What absolutely fabulous Customer Service. Thank you again Lourdes xxx

Note check-in ends at 10 pm. We called and told them we would arrive around midnight - the receptionist waited 2 hours extra for our arrival. We offered a tip which was refused. Spacious chique room with nice ameneties and super friendly and helpful staff. We paid EUR 15/pax for breakfast buffet which was prepapared a la minute due to covid - great taste and generous portions. We are definatelty coming back!

We had trouble finding the hotel, as our GPS took us to the wrong location. Also, it's in a pedestrian-only area, so you'll have to park in town, and walk to the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful, but they had somehow missed the fact that we had paid for breakfast. Upon finding out, later in the evening, they asked us what we wanted, but failed to let us know that it was served in a specific place, when we thought it'd be served in our room. No big deal, and the staff was again very apologetic and helpful.
