Pedracin Village

Nous y sommes arrivés le 4 février 2024 et nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. Le lieu est original, le cadre est superbe mais c'est très , très isolé. A notre arrivée, l'accueil a été en service minimum, il faut se débrouiller pour trouver son bungalow, personne pour vous accompagner ou vous proposer de porter vos valises. Les chambres sont propres avec un confort minimum. Lors de notre passage, il n'y avait que 6 clients dans l'hôtel, la piscine était vide, le personnel très amateur, semblait pressé de nous servir le dîner et la serveuse s'est trompée dans la commande. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause de la musique, car à notre grande stupéfaction l'hôtel fait boite de nuit jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Je me suis levé plusieurs fois dans la nuit pour demander de baisser la musique, sans succès car il n'y avait aucun responsable de l'hôtel entièrement livré à des fêtards très alcoolisés. Nous avons contacté notre agence, qui nous a transférés dans un autre hôtel dès le lendemain matin. Un gros problème de management dans cet établissement qui ne mérite pas trois étoiles mais qui pourrait être un lieu superbe.

Zeer vuil en verwaarloosd hotel, zwembad zonder water in en bij aankomst in de kamer zat er een muis in de kamer en het bed had vuile lakens. Over de badkamer kan ik niet veel beters vertellen, schimmel vies en vuil dus onmiddellijk vertrokken naar een ander hotel, Het personeel was wel zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons verder goed geholpen met het bellen van een taxi en zo. Het personeel verdient een 10 op 10

First day without pool. Pool without treatment. Bad food. Room flooding overnight due to A/C. No pool second day. Without a person in charge, director or manager to respond. We left.

Spectacular view but cannot erase the hotel's urgent need for renovation. Beds are not very comfortable. The television and air conditioning don't work. Relatively tasty food but without much variety. If you arrive at your meal late, there is probably either no food left or it is cold. Internet only works at reception and even then there is no good signal. Weak breakfast. Dining room is small, so the tables are placed on a kind of balcony where there is a lot of air current.

A beautifully situated hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms smell of mold. Water ice cold, very dark. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't take care of the pool etc. The food was okay. However, we have changed hotels. It is in dire need of renovation. Great location for beautiful hikes, but otherwise you can't do anything.

The site is magnificent, the common areas are well decorated but the rooms are poorly maintained. This hotel could be great, but what a pity that housekeeping is sketchy and there isn't enough hot water for everyone. A message indicates that the water must be run for 5 minutes (in a country that lacks it), but without result when the hotel is full.
