O atendimento inicial foi ótimo. O quarto sempre limpo e sempre estiveram dispostos a nos ajudar.
Quarto ótimo também! Limpo, aconchegante e confortável.
Café da manhã custo de $ 35,00 ( não vale a pena!!) os ovos estavam verdes, pão duro!
Na hora de fechar a conta, se eu não fosse honesta teria pago uns $ 100,00 a menor.
Não nos cobraram o café da manhã e colocaram 8 águas, nas quais, apenas 2 foram consumidas. Não cobraram o café expresso também, que eu havia consumido 3.
Achei essa parte bem desorganizada. Achei bem largado também a recepção! Sem nenhuma segurança. Principalmente na hora de deixar o carro.
O quarto não temos o que reclamar! Super novo e confortável. Ducha maravilhosa.
No geral a estadia foi boa, voltaria com toda certeza. Mas precisam melhorar o café da manhã e a segurança!

Atendimento da recepção bom. E só. Corredor de acesso aos quartos com teto caindo. Limpeza do quarto deplorável, cobre leito sujo, fronhas manchadas, banheiro com marca de sabão na pia e no chão do box, vidro do box manchado. Muita poeira na janela, frigobar velho amarelado e com borracha rasgada, ar condicionado velho que não dá conta do calor de Ribeirão. Muito, mas muito longe de um 4 estrelas conforme anúncio.

Ficamos no hotel apenas para dormir e seguir viagem, o hotel é simpático e o atendimento cordial, os quartos estão velhos e um pouco desgastados, mas a cama era ótima, varios travesseiros e um chuveiro excelente, só o cobertor um pouco curti, ficamos no quarto familia que nos atendeu muito bem, o café da manhã não era imenso mas muito completinho com tudo um pouco, o ovo e o pao de queijo estavam excelentes. Com certeza ficaríamos de novo como hotel de passagem!
