I recently had a concerning experience during my check-in at Oasis Tower Hotel in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The receptionist requested my personal ID (CPF) and, to my surprise, had access to inaccurate personal information, such as my former job details.
When questioned, she claimed the hotel's system was interconnected with the "Receita Federal" for security purposes, and to confirm that I was not a fugitive. However, the option to rectify the incorrect data on the spot raised eyebrows.
This raises serious privacy and security concerns. If you value your personal information, exercise caution when providing details during check-in. I recommend guests double-check the accuracy of the information collected and consider alternative options for accommodations.

Atendimento muito bom. Profissionais muito solícitos! O café da manha estava excelente. O unico ponto negativo é que o ar condicionado do 606 nao estava dando conta do calor, talvez por ser um pouco antigo. Demorou algumas horas ate de fato esfriar o quarto.

Fiquei hospedada no Oasis Tower apenas na noite de sexta-feira. Quando fui embora, no sábado à tarde, fui perceber que havia esquecido um pertencente no quarto em que fiquei. No mesmo dia, já à noite, liguei no hotel e perguntei se haviam encontrado o que esqueci… e nada. Cheguei a mandar e-mail e ligar outras cinco vezes e não obtive resposta. Gostaria de saber aonde foi parar meu pertence, já que tentar contato com o hotel não foi suficiente para encontrá-lo. Não há um setor de achados e perdidos? Ele pode ter sido furtado? Será que, de alguma maneira, poderei recuperá-lo? É muita falta de respeito com o cliente.

Razoável. Precisam melhorar limpeza. Como sugestão pintura do quarto, lavagem da cortina. A TV em alguns canais estava sem som, o Wi Fi falha a conexão além de estar com um elevador em manutenção.
