I've been staying at this hotel at least once a month since 2019 and lately waking up at 8am has been recurring with the maids talking loudly in front of the rooms, personal conversations, laughter, using the phone, etc. I have complained on previous occasions and nothing is done, a total lack of respect for the guests and in my case, I come for work and I have a night shift, I have to wake up early, because they want to chat, there are 2 to 3 maids chatting until someone opened the door and shouted to keep quiet, yesterday it was a guest who complained and today it was me. The breakfast is great, but if you go for breakfast after 9:30 you're lucky, in two days I couldn't eat scrambled eggs, as I was making them, replacement was slow or non-existent, there was no sugar, no spoon, disastrous, while That's the hotel staff at the counter drinking their coffee (that's not uncomfortable and it's right), what's most annoying is that no one notices, they don't even look to the side to see if everything is ok. I will look for another hotel option, including the employees on my team who also stay here monthly will be advised to change hotels.

The room is large and comfortable, with a double bed and two single beds, and equipped with a minibar and microwave. I always stay at Ibis Styles, but this time the experience wasn't very good, the air conditioning was having problems, spilling water inside, certainly due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was peaceful and satisfactory. I would just like to warn other travelers that I had to open the window to get rid of the smell of the room that had been closed for a long time. The hotel is good, well located and the service at check in and check out was very good. But the faucet in my bathroom was broken and only hot water came out (pelt). I called reception to complain/warn and the attendant spoke to me as if I didn't know how a single-lever faucet works and did nothing about it. The bed is good but the pillows are very bad.
