Hotel muito bom o Mercure Ribeirão Preto. Confortável, com preço justo e conveniência imbatível, o local oferece um ambiente familiar, com várias comodidades. Wi-fi gratuito e bastante razoável, quartos com ar-condicionado e minibar. Recepção 24 horas, atendentes educados e bem treinados e serviço de quarto, piscina no terraço e um café da manhã bem honesto. Tem ainda um estacionamento no local, porém pago. Perto de alguns pontos turísticos como Praça dos Expedicionários Brasileiros, Praça XV de Novembro e em frente ao Parque Ecológico Doutor Luis Carlos Raya e a 1,5 km do Parque Prefeito Luiz Roberto Jábali (Curupira).

Reasonable, disappointing in relation to the room as I had to change it twice, faulty air conditioning, novice reception, poor breakfast, lack of information for the guest, no menu in the room, no reception number information, I had to call and two Sometimes I had to go downstairs because they didn't answer. Tivemos alguns desencontros. Não nos informaram que precisávamos apresentar carteira de vacina dos pets na reserva, nos barrando no checkin. Após andar 329 kilometros, decepcionante,. Tivemos que aguardar a gerente chegar, mas por sorte ela foi prestativa e pediu assinatura de documentos, nos liberando. Também num almoço a conta veio com mais de R$100,00 do que não consumimos, também lamentável. O restante foi tranquilo, quarto confortável, preços das refeições são bons, piscina muito agradável, bom chuveiro e ar condicionado.

We booked 2 rooms. One room had 2 mugs and the other room had just paper cups. We wanted to use electric kettles, but they are not cleaned at both rooms and so dirty. That was disgusting.
At one room, we could not use small shower.
Receptionists and staffs at parking area are excellent, and we are very satisfied with that.
Pool and gym are nice and breakfast was good.
Hotel seems new and clean, and design is nice.

Great room with everything needed for a great stay.
Great mattress, great shower.
My only reservation is about the floor in the breakfast area, which is always sticky and needs better cleaning.
