Excellent choice I'll return another time

I don't know whether the problem was from the site trip.com or whether it was from the hotel, but the reservation was completely wrong

I stayed with my family in a apartment with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, very spacious, very good beds, good sleep quality, good equipment working well, good shower and everything clean, the swallow was medium, with well spent towels. I arrived on a final Thursday afternoon and there was only one official at the reception. A row of some 5 people formed to check in, and he still stopped sometimes to answer the phone and open the garage door. Garage even bad! The 1st SS has only 10 vacancies, swift swing. The 2nd SS is broader, but horrible. You must be ninja to park without breaking any car or shaking the pillars if it is full. The breakfast is also very weak, little varied, dry bread, few fruit options, I would even host again depending on the daily price, but it will not be my first option.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

I enjoyed the stay since very good service, sympathetic, friendly, always smileful staff. I loved the room I stayed, very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the city! Academia small, but very cosy and met my needs and I consider a plus pq few hotels offer today and when you have some arrangement with academies, it's very expensive!! You still have a spectacular view! Sorry I didn't cut the bar and the pool! Breakfast notes thousand, even comparing with other hotels in the same network! Two points of improvement: I dinned one night and despite the very pleasant place, they forgot to bring my drink! I'm back to Ribeirão every month and I'm just staying there!

The hotel is high-level, pleasant accommodation, clean, organized, complete structure and careful and performing staff, the location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and services in general.

Gostei bastante da minha hospedagem no ibis, fui bem recebida por todos os colaboradores, todos foram atenciosos e prestativos. O café estava muito bom, tinha bastante opções e tinha boa qualidade e aparência. O quarto estava limpo e aconchegante

Bom vamos lá, antes de fechar a reserva mencionei que sou Recepcionista e responsável por uma pousada em Olímpia-SP, fui passar meu aniversario e no caminho para a pousada perguntei se teria uma boa vista por ser meu aniversario o que ela conseguiria, não deram retorno sobre a solicitação '' Whats” - ao chegar realizei o check-in e me deparo com o quarto 16 Térreo e vista para um nada. OK, espelho do lavabo sujos, parede e madeira da porta do toalete com respingos de pasta de dente e tinha 3 traças de roupas na parede, e o chão mal limpo. Ar condicionado muito lerdo, demora muito a gelar. No Café da manhã 09/12 a moça que estava no café não estava contente no ambiente de trabalho muito desanimada e não era simpática, fiz perguntas dos sabores do sucos a mesma só responde e nem atenção deu, e antes de sairmos liguei perguntei na recepção o que eu tinha que fazer por que não queríamos arrumação no dia 09/12, pois eles não responsabilizam por objetos. Falei amanhã eu peço para trocar só as toalhas, cheguei do meu passeio e o mesmo estava arrumado, não que isso seja ruim, pois deixamos correntes de ouro e dinheiro a vista. ” Não sumiu nada. ”Na entrada da porta tinha um sapo ao entrar Barata, ligamos na recepção pedindo um inseticida e a mesma trouxe, a barata correu para de baixo do colchão , eu e meu namorado reviramos tudo, inclusive separamos box e nada dela aparecer a recepcionista optou por uma mudança de quarto que por sinal era do lado, chegando lá o Ar não funcionava, liguei na recepção e a moça veio tentou uns 5minutos pra mais, ” insistindo no que não ia dar certo.” fui no quarto em que estávamos ao entrar a barata estava perto da porta matamos ela e optamos em ficar no mesmo que estávamos pois foi nos dado 2 opções; quarto sem o AR funcionando ou o que a barata estava andando, sabermos se ia andar em cima da gente na madrugada. Mas barata morta problemas solucionado. Ontem fomos tomar café e indo para o quarto a camareira dentro dele arrumando sem ser solicitado o serviço. hoje no café da manhã tinham 2 pessoas educadas inclusive estavam de uniformes brancos 11/12. Meu feedback é que os funcionários passem por um treinamento em equipes, pois a estrutura do lugar é boa, porém a empatia peca muito, parece que todos estão sendo obrigados a está lá. Eu sendo do ramo hoteleiro tenho como prioridade em atender o hóspede com empatia, ser solicito a uma solicitação, ou seja eu saí de Olímpia e queria passar meu aniversário em um lugar gostoso pois entre vocês e o Mercure optei vocês.
