On Vacation Girardot Resort

The environment is good, the swimming pool is not big, but because it is an all-inclusive hotel, it is quite relaxing. Suitable for rest and vacation with children.

Es un hotel muy bonito las habitaciones son comodas y muy bonitas, dentro del hotel se pueden realizar muchas actividades ya que cuentan con zonas de juegos actividades recreativas durante el dia. La ubicacion es muy buena ya que cerca se encuentran varios almacenes de cadena y es muy cerca de girardot el personal del hotel es muy amable y muy coperativo

El personal de servicio en las diferentes zonas es muy profesional y servicial, buena infraestructura física y dotación en general. Considero que se debe tener la opción de snacks (Entre comidas), ya sea incluyéndolos en los costos del plan o cobrando como adicional al momento de comprarlos. Ausencia de opciones de entretenimiento para adultos como juegos, áreas deportivas, tours en la región, etc. Las comidas del plan, aunque buenas, no hay muchas opciones para escoger, toca lo que hay de menú y no más, adicionalmente no hay opción baja en grasas y azúcares - light.

Lencería manchada.nunca la cambiaron. Se compartió terraza con otra habitación, misma entrada misma salida, misma mesa sucia. Los servicios que no tengan disponibles en el momento,deben publicarlo así no brindar falsas expectativas. Deben manejar un agendamiento para el uso de la cancha de tennis, así todos ordenadamente podrían disfrutar de esta. Arreglar la puerta del sauna, ya que cada que alguien iba a entrar tocaba pararse a abrirle uno mismo.

It is the second time that I go to Girardot on vacation, this time the hotel was full, there were many people, despite there being a line for the room assignment, I love the hotel, the service, the pool, the sauna, the cocktails ,the food, thanks on vacation

The facilities are very nice, easy to access, I am a VIP client but the difference with the other guests is 0, the bar is very bad, terrible, I have never tried a margarita so badly prepared and terrible in presentation. Good food, lack of variety in the menu, excellent service, lack of more activities for children and to publish on the page which areas are not in service before one makes a reservation

Very good facilities, excellent food, the attention of the hotel employees has been good, excellent attitude and friendliness with the guests, I would think that there is a need for a little more beach chairs in the pool area.

The bed in the room is too soft, my back hurt quite a bit sleeping there, the bathroom is very small and there is no hot water to bathe the babies. They only give shampoo and soap once per day that the family staying at the hotel stays. There is a lack of variety in the foods offered. The option of natural juices would be good. The playground is neglected and became the cats' habitat for sleeping and toileting. The staff is quite friendly. We saw the pools very neat as well as the rooms. It was quite unpleasant that on vacation agents harassed us to go to a meeting where they sell travel plans. In the end we didn't attend but they were very intense and even offered to lend us a card so we could go to the meeting 😮‍💨.

Congratulations to the restaurant staff, the food is homemade but well prepared, the room, pools and bathrooms are very clean, delicious cocktails, some rooms are quite humid. I purchased a package with meals and all the "drinks", I visited them with a patient undergoing cancer trea**ent (she does not drink alcoholic or sugary drinks) to my surprise, the beverage package does not include aromatic waters (a cup costs $4,000 and they are the ones you find in the supermarket for $2,000 a box X 20 units) or coffee. Which is not clarified in any document. Considering that I purchased a package with drinks and a person was not going to have to drink, I looked for an official to ask for help, a guy named Felipe helped me who said he was from guest service, I explained the situation to him who responded that I would escalate it to the boss and the next day he would give us an answer. They never spoke to us again to confirm or deny the service. He asked me how many more people they do the same to, they never respond to the requests and the guests simply make the decision not to return. I think that the guest should be the most important thing, they did not guarantee what according to the reservation included me, I had to pay aromatic waters at triple the cost, and an official made fun of my request because he never gave it importance. If you plan to visit the hotel and have some type of medical diagnosis, check very carefully beforehand if the food meets your needs, all the drinks have sugar and once you are staying there is no one to support you.
