Devo fare i miei più sentiti complimenti alla struttura e al personale. Ho scelto una camera con terrazza vista mare e mi sono ritrovata in un monolocale nuovo di zecca completo di lavatrice e lavastoviglie con una terrazza abitabile da sogno, il tutto per una cifra davvero abbordabile. Il parcheggio è dall’altra parte della strada, molto comodo e la signora Olga che ci ha accolti è stata davvero disponibile e paziente. Allego una foto del panorama, giudicate voi!

L'appartamento era "bello", ma c'erano delle cose di qualità mancanti. Soprattutto mancavano delle padelle buone per cucinare. L'unica padella che abbiamo trovato era davvero rovinata/graffiata/bruciata e non ci si sentiva proprio al nostro agio utilizzar una padella in quelle condizioni. E NON si voleva andare ad acquistare delle padelle per il nostro soggiorno di pochi giorni per San Valention e quindi abbiamo cenato e pranzato sempre fuori. Quando si pensa a "luxury", trovare degli accessori in cucina in quella condizione (come la padella antiaderente con l'interno così bruciato/rovinato è tutt'altro che "il lusso". La parola Luxury ci implica che ci sia un enorme cura dei dettagli al massimo livello. Noi abbiamo prenotato una suite con una "loggia"--- cioè un bel balcone con una vista mare eccezionale---- ma il pavimento che era immediatamente intorno alla doccia nel bagno, insieme ad altri "piccoli" ma grandi accorgimenti (come le rifiniture (del muro) all'interno della doccia sembravano già molto consumate a dir poco. Il lusso quindi non è assolutamente questo nemmeno. Quindi c'è da sistemare e migliorare tanti importanti dettagli alla grande per poter rispecchiare il nome di questa attività. Chi fa le pulizie e la manutenzione in questo posto tra l'altro dovrebbe almeno fotografare bene e segnalare tutto quello che non va all'interno di queste "suites" per motivi ovvi.

I had an unpleasant experience with this structure for a reservation made in this structure never seen in which (our mistake!) we got the wrong date of stay. Instead of staying on the last weekend of August, the right date we should have stayed, we mistakenly booked for the end of September. Upon arrival in Riccione, we contacted the property by telephone and realized that the booking had been made by us as said for the end of September...so exactly one month later. Apologizing for the inconvenience other than to return home we asked not to charge *********** the cost of the suite (among other things certainly not cheap!) considering the early cancellation deadline due to the incorrect booking of September, a period among other things that we absolutely would not have needed for our stay. We spoke with several people who were apparently courteous and willing to please us...and GUARANTEEING that we would not be charged for the room. But then the September date arrived we had the charge on my partner's credit card. Contacted again to understand the reason for this charge, we were treated with little friendliness and courtesy by a lady whose name I honestly don't even remember but I remember with certainty that she was the same one who had guaranteed the non-charge considering our mistake. Having said that, it's not the 150/200 euros that change our lives...probably they do...but I would carefully recommend improving customer services especially in terms of correctness and courtesy, fundamental characteristics which, beyond the structure...make the DIFFERENCE.

Se potessi dare zero lo farei. Prenotato con booking ( quindi pagato in anticipo) arrivo da sola con bimbo di 5 anni all'orario concordato x check-in. Le stanze si trovano in un appartamento dentro ad un grande palazzo. Suono al campanello e non risponde nessuno quindi mi rivolgo al portiere il quale mi dice che devo contattare direttamente l'host della struttura. Bene, telefono, mi risponde e mi dice arrivo. Passano 20 Min e non si presenta nessuno, aspetto ancora e richiamo, il telefono squilla ma poi mette giù, questo successo altre 4/5 volte. Nel frattempo passata un'ora ad aspettare mi viene disdetta la prenotazione da parte loro COMPORTAMENTO INACCETTABILE e MALEDUCATO. Gli imprevisti possono capitare a tutti ma rispondere al telefono e come minimo spiegare la situazione e scusarsi mi sembra il minimo dell'educazione. Detto questo dell'appartamento non ho visto niente ma mi è bastato l'atteggiamento del gestore. Ho giusto avuto la fortuna di essere stata rimborsata tramite booking. Che tristezza!

We're not there at all, not at all... after having booked and received confirmation and paid, the manager, after making me wait with a 5 year old child for almost 2 hours in the cold in front of the property, decided not to show up, continually refusing calls, I can't judge the rooms because I've never seen them, but if you don't want to get a liver ache from nervousness, find other places, very bad, very bad..... I sincerely hope that the owner of the rooms can also read these reviews
