Fuori edificio sembra nuovo .dentro struttura vecchia,mobile sbeccati e arrugginiti. Le foto non testimoniano la realtà Lavatrice vecchia e arrugginito Pochi utensili da cucina e pentole insufficienti Bagno obsoleto con doccino rotto.nesaun mobiletto in bagno Al mio arrivo la stanza anche se sarebbe dovuta essere pulita era sporca con capelli Asciugamano e lenzuolo macchiato NON VALE IL PREZZO CHE PROPONE

partendo dal presupposto che abbiamo pagato 70€ di spese di pulizia per poi trovare il pavimento e il balcone completamente sporchi, pentole e stoviglie compresi. Per non parlare della manutenzione dei condizionatori totalmente assente. Infine abbiamo dovuto sganciare 20€ di cauzione per un asciugamano con una macchia di pomodoro definita dalla proprietaria non lavabile. Unica cosa positiva il PR, il Miki, se volete organizzare serate andate lui

Sono capitata in questo residence per prendere la valigia di mia figlia che aveva soggiornato li nel mese di luglio 2022. Il residence é molto pulito ed é vicino ai locali. Paola é gentile, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Paola é una persona eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente

Il residence non è male ma il problema sorge dal momento in cui notiamo che è poco attrezzata, ci sono poche pentole e tra le altre cose rigate e sporche. Non ci sono prodotti per pulire la cucina ne il bagno ne tanto mento il sapone per i piatti. Per di più il personale è composto da un uomo e una donna, lui gentile e disponibile lei molto scontrosa e maleducata. Siamo un gruppo di 11 ragazze in vacanza e quest’ultima ha riportato a i nostri genitori cosa facevamo e si è permessa di giudicare i nostri comportamenti. Come ultima cosa ma non per importanza nonostante si pagano 15€ a testa di pulizie l’ultimo giorno, abbiamo dovuto pulire asciugamano per asciugamano e ogni angolo della casa per far si che ci fosse restituita la cauzione poiché minacciate il primo giorno dal personale che se ci fosse stata anche una macchia di trucco si sarebbero trattenuti la cauzione.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence per una settimana, le camere erano spaziose, disposte di ogni necessità e pulitissime. La posizione era molto buona in particolare per i ragazzi dato che c’erano molti locali nella zona, e il personale era sempre molto educato e disponibile. Ci torneremmo sicuramente!!
