We've started there twice now and they're very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and when we needed special attention they were there to help. They don't have a bar but you can get beer and wine at the front desk. We go to visit Cumberland and drive the extra miles to stay here.

Your staff was very friendly. But…. The beds are absolutely terrible. I think sleeping on a wooden floor would have been more comfortable. I did not sleep at all, and my back hurts. Other than that. All good.
Please get new updated beds.

I was so impressed with my stay! Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was clean. I slept well without any noise. It just felt like home. Can't say enough good things about this stay!

Second time staying here, I enjoyed what the hotel had to offer and used the hot tub every night. We returned to the hotel because we enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this hotel specifically. Also worth mentioning it is across the street from TJ Maxx and near Lehman's Supper Club
(worth a stop for fine dining experience).

Has stayed 2 times now and both times has been very peaceful. Rooms are nice sized. Would definitely come back if in the area.
