Stopped off at the Indaba Lodge in Richards Bay on our way to the Kruger Park to break the trip from Durban - was a good move , we were given a lovely room , huge in fact. Hotel staff were friendly. we did not get much time to explore the hotel due to time constraints but it is undergoing some upgrades including a new conference facility, we look forward to returning to this venue

I think you should add traditional food that can attract other people especially tourists that will be a good idea ,add more attractions and games activities or make a competition game that will attract people and add a place where children's can be free play anything that they want to play or add another menu that children's can like it

Friendly staff right from the start at the reception, to the restaurant staff and even housekeeping. Would definitely be visiting Indaba Lodge again in the future. They met all our requirements and exceeded our expectations.

We were attending the biggest event in Meer En Sea Kasi Affairs 2023❤️😍 we had such a lovely stay, the place was very clean and neat, I will be visiting again soon. The staff is so welcoming, I'll definitely recommend the place

Our stay can only be summed up as horrible experience with no water coming out on the bathtub while basin had albeit cold. Dirty too. In the morning, we were moved to a better room but lower than the package we had paid for.

I booked online 2 rooms for 4 people. The booking was confirmed they sent us email Indeed it was two rooms one with a king bed and the other with 2 double beds. The day before the trip we received on other email confirming our booking. When we arrived at the reception they said the is no room under my name I showed them the email they asked me to forward the email to them, after a while everything that was written on the email changed and the room was one room with 2 bedrooms, I asked them how did they changed it. They said it's the email I sent to them, I asked if it is possible to share a room with kids, non responded to that, we had to leave and find the place that would accommodate us and kids. We were so dissapoited about their doing

Great place in RichardsBay. The premises are safe, rooms always clean, friendly staff and the lodge offers value for money. I enjoyed my stay in Richardsbay with great access to internet, safe parking space and a wonderful environment.

Tres bel hotel niché en pleine vegetation. Espace reception tres grand, tres elegant. Immense bar et salle des petits dejeuners. J’y ai sejourné 1 nuit des le debut de mon sejour (1 dimanche soir) et 1 nuit en fin de sejour (1 samedi soir). Le dimanche le restaurant etait quasi vide mais le samedi c’etait bondé par les locaux. Une tres belle ambiance festive avec un groupe de musicien. Le restaurant est excellent est avec enormement de choix. Les chambres que j’ai eu donnaient etaient en rdc et donnaient sur le parc interieure. Mais je sais que ce n’est pas le cas de toutes, alors attention. Chambres immenses et tres bien equipee avec cafe, the, lait… petit frigo et tele ecran plat. Une jolie piscine piscine ainsi qu’une petite salle de sport complete cet etablissement.

Coffee cups in the room are dirty. The room has been poorly cleaned. Desk chair is broken. You need to balance yourself when working. No towels in the room. Had to call reception to request towels. Dining room service is poor. The tables are sticky and canteen style.
